It couldn’t be easier to be admitted to False Bay Therapeutic Community Centre. It’s a two-step process that starts with a phone call to discuss the problem.

Step 1

The purpose of the phone discussion is to determine the exact nature of the addiction (is it alcohol, drugs or both?), the history of the problem, and the current situation.

Step 2

The next step is to make an appointment, so that the individual can be properly assessed. During the appointment, visitors meet the counsellors and social worker on the staff and are invited to tour the centre.

Our highly trained and experienced staff members work with individuals and their families to ensure that they fully understand our approach to addiction treatment and rehabilitation. They provide much needed advice to help families understand the need for support during this difficult period, and answer any questions that families and individuals have at the time.

Once everyone is on the same page, staff members help with the rest of the admission process.
